Surfshop (General)

  • Can I book on site?

    Since 2020, reservations can only be made online.

    If you have already created an account, you can simply log in to book your activity. If you are a new customer, then you will need to create an account.

    If you encounter any difficulties in creating an account on our site, we put at your disposal our guide.

  • Where can I find the latest news and information?

    In the news section at the bottom of each page, the Surfshop will publish the latest news. If you want to have an overview of what has been published you can access it on our news page.

  • Where can I get advice on buying water sports equipment?

    The Surfshop has qualified and passionate staff to help you choose your equipment. If you wish to obtain any advice, please make an appointment so that we can guarantee our availability: contact us.

  • Is it normal that no prices are displayed on the website?

    We provide you with all the necessary information about the activity you are interested in on our website. Prices change depending on the activity, number of people and duration, and will be displayed at the time of booking once you have selected the date, duration and number of people.

  • Can I sail anywhere?

    Yes in the first 300m from the shore.

    Except in areas marked with yellow buoys:

    • The Bird Island (natural reserve)
    • The swimming area
  • How do you know when you are open?

    You can check our opening times online. The best thing to do is to call us if you are unsure if we are open.
    And to find out if we are open for an activity you need to book it on the Booking page of our website. If you are able to complete your booking then we are open. And if not, we close registrations when we are closed.

  • Are your lessons suitable for all levels?

    Yes, our instructors will accompany you at all levels and give you all the necessary advice so that you can fully enjoy your chosen water sport.

    Our philosophy

  • I am coming by car, are there any parking spaces near the Surfshop?

    There is a beach car park near the Surfshop with a limited number of spaces. If at the time of your visit you are unable to access the car park because it is full, you can park in the vicinity and walk to the Surfshop or take the bus.

    Access

  • I want to make a gift, what are my options?

    You can order a gift card on our website or directly at the Surfshop. And if you want to come and practice your favourite activities on a regular basis, you can buy coupons that you can use to book later.

    Please note that the annual SUP packages must be validated by our staff before they can be used. It takes 24 hours. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

    Your data will only be used for the proper conduct of our services.
